How Unmastered Emotions Become An Energetic Entry Point

Your emotions aren’t the problem, but unmastered emotions can be the easiest way to lose your center. We talk about how heightened states like fear, anger, grief, jealousy, shame, and overwhelm can drop your energetic protection, blur intuition, and make you far more reactive than you want to be. When that happens, it’s not just “a bad mood” it can be an entry point for energetic interference that nudges you into choices that don’t match your values or your soul path.

I share a story from a real 5.6 earthquake and why I didn’t panic, not because I’m special, but because nervous system regulation changes your default. We connect that same skill to everyday triggers: a short text, canceled plans, relationship stress, money fear, or a health scare. If your reaction feels bigger than the moment, we explore how unresolved childhood imprinting and stored trauma can keep your body responding like it’s still “back then,” even when your logical mind knows it’s “right now.”

It's been a little bit. So just to call it out, if you hear noise in the background, I do have contractors here, hoping they'll be done in the next few weeks, but I just can't let it stop me from putting these out, from having sessions, all of that, but might hear some hammering here and there. So I apologize. So before we get into it, two things. Why Emotions Become An Entry Point

All right. So today we've talked about this a little bit in the past, but not in the way I'll share today. So, how dark forces use your unmastered emotions against you and what you can start doing about it? So, emotions are what makes humans so special because other entities don't experience emotions the way we do. There's some dark force entities like aliens who don't experience emotions at all. And even though Hollywood is trying to make you think that they do, they do not. They're very neutral. Of course, what I find in the Dark Force world, are there exceptions? Sometimes, yes. But for the most part, aliens do not have emotions. That's why they are so interested in humans, study humans, implant things in them, all of that. So emotions are what makes us so special, and our emotions can be a huge power when it comes to love and that sort of thing. But they can also be our biggest vulnerability if you haven't mastered them. They dark forces will use your unmastered emotions as a direct entry point.

The Earthquake Test Of Calm

Okay, so first I'm gonna share something that happened last week. Now, some of you might have heard the story already. I apologize. I did talk about it in my membership and on Sunday Source. So just bear with me here. Uh, last week I was dropping my son off at summer camp, and then I was driving with my daughter. We came to a stop sign. We were just chatting away. I pressed on the gas, the car started moving very violently. I thought the car was breaking down. I had no idea what was happening. It was going like left and right. Uh, then I looked around and saw the parked cars on the street. They were also doing that. Power lines were just waving like noodles in the sky. And I was like, oh, okay, we're having an earthquake right now, and it was the most intense earthquake I have ever felt. Uh it was a 5.6. So what was really cool about this moment though was I did not panic. And, you know, you can do all the nervous system regulation work in the world from home, from your safe bed, but until you're actually faced with a moment where if your nervous system is shot, you will panic, right? It's a great test for your nervous system. That's how I was spinning it. I was like, oh, okay. All that healing I've done, all the nervous system regulation work I've done, calm is my actual default now, which felt amazing. And so I was able to, in the moment, check intuitively should we stay in the car? Yes. Should we get out of the car? No. So I put my hand on my daughter's knee and I just said, we're gonna be okay. We're just gonna sit here until it's done. And it went on and on and on. It was a very long earthquake. So I'm sharing this story with you because the old me would have panicked. I would have grabbed her, I would have been like, oh my God, we're having an earthquake. And I would have let fear completely take over. I wouldn't have been able to tap into my intuition. That's what dark forces want all the time. That's what they want when you're watching the movies they create, right? They want you to emotionally connect in. I went and watched Disclosure Day this week. Was that this week? Yeah. Or Sunday with my daughter. And I thought it was a great movie from an entertainment perspective. Of course, I can't help when I'm watching movies, noticing the Dark Force agenda items, what they're doing, what's truth, what's not. So yes, I was doing all of that. But there were moments where I did emotionally connect in and I had to deal with some dark forces that evening. So they do count on humans' emotions to attack. So that is something we really need to be aware of.

Suppressing Versus Mastering Emotions

So if you just think about it for a second, like when did we lose our power? Because when we came into this world, we as babies would scream and demand and ask for without being able to talk, right? For exactly what we needed: food, diaper change, attention. We didn't have any shame about it. We knew what we wanted, we went for it. And then through programming, through trauma, through being told to calm down, to be quiet, to stop being so emotional, stop being so much, right? And so then we start to either suppress our emotions entirely, which doesn't make them go away. It just buries them deep, or we become completely dominated by our emotions. We're very reactive, ungrounded, and literally at the mercy of whatever is being sent our way, whatever is happening around us, right? So those two things, suppressing emotions or being dominated by them, that is not emotional mastery, as I'm sure you can understand. And what Source has shown me is the goal was never to eliminate emotions. It was never to be a robot, because emotions are actually fuel and power. When they're mastered, they do become one of our most powerful tools, especially when it comes to manifesting, uh, to changing things, to dialing in an ingredient, right? We do want to be able to control our emotions. But unmastered, they are a liability when it comes to dark forces and what you want in this life. So a lot of people in the spiritual world, and I have worked with other, a lot of other healers, right? And maybe they didn't have the same training I did. A lot of healers I find don't know very much about dark forces or they just focus on the light, thinking that that will keep them protected when it won't. Ignoring does not equal protection. In fact, you'll be an even bigger target because once they kind of get the sense from you and you earn that reputation in the dark force world, like they're not going to mess with you as much. But if you're ignoring them, acting like they don't exist, or truly thinking they don't exist, then you are more of a target. And they don't just attack randomly, they are very strategic. One of their primary entry points, as we're talking about, is through emotional imbalance. So when you're in a heightened emotional state, anger, fear, grief, jealousy, shame, whatever it might be, your even if you know energetic protection, right? Even if you've learned that, it's all going to drop. Um, so your protections are down, your energetic field is open, and when we're in a heightened emotional state, our rational mind goes offline, your intuition gets impacted negatively, you might not have that clear connection to source, even to your higher self, right? You're basically running on autopilot a lot of times from childhood, right? Like I have a family member who experienced some pretty extreme trauma around 11. And even though she's in her 60s, she still acts emotionally like an 11-year-old. That's what happens when we don't do the inner work, right? And I've noticed that even in myself. I had some abandonment issues. Before I worked through those, I would really react like I thought I was gonna die. And it was very extreme. And I recognized that. And I was like, okay, this there's a little bit more going on here. Luckily, I have access to a lot of healing tools, right? And I've done a lot of work, invested tons of time and money into learning how to be the best version of myself I can be. And like obviously, I'm still working on that, will always be working on that, because every time you reach a certain level, a new level opens up. So you're never going to get to like the place of being a perfect human. It's going to be just like ongoing improvement, right? So I've also seen this a lot in sessions with clients. Someone will be going through a really hard time, whether it's their relationship is falling apart, they're having a financial crisis, they're having a health scare, someone in their family is having a health scare, they start spiraling emotionally. And when I look in, almost always there's dark force activity amplifying all of that. Because dark forces don't necessarily create the wound, but they exploit it, right? So they will capitalize on your fear, your anger, all of that, right? They'll find where you're already hurting and they'll amplify it. Like, so they might take like my abandonment wound and like amplify that in relationships, right? They might take your fear of failure and make it feel like what's the point? They might take your anger and turn it into something that destroys your relationships. And then you think it's you, but it's not. It's just, it's not even your emotions at this point. It's an amplification of a little seed that just they took advantage of, right?

Pericles And The Power Pause

So for a minute, I want to go back in time to 463 BC, ancient Greece. There was a leader named Pericles who I find him really fascinating. Um, and when I first learned about him, uh, I noticed how different he was from a lot of other leaders at that time. And even if you watch movies around that time, you'll see that a lot of the leaders typically are loud, dramatic, making decisions from ego, very emotional, wanting to fight and like prove their power. Pericles, which love him or hate him, some people have different opinions, but I'm just recognizing his ability to have this emotional mastery. He did something really revolutionary back then. He refused to make any decision from a heightened emotional state. He would take the time, day, two days, whatever, he'd sit with his feelings, he'd analyze them, he'd get to the root of what was actually driving certain impulses. And only then would he respond. And he was considered a very powerful leader, and he did lead for a long time. And once he passed away, things got really crazy. Things really blew up. So it is an interesting story. When I read this, I was like, oh, I had never heard of this before. I'd never heard of this person before. Now think about this in the context of Dark Forces. If Pericles had been running on unmastered emotions, like most of the people back then, he could have been easily manipulated, right? His enemies could have provoked him, triggered him, pulled him into reactive decisions, even just the local people. And because he could not be shaken emotionally, he had mastered the one thing most humans never do. And that's that space between feeling and acting. And that space is where your power lives. And if you can just one of my clients, I gave this exercise to, she's dealing with a lot of overwhelm. And what I shared with her is just like, just take even, I think for her, I intuit maybe five minutes. But if you're really reactive, maybe just take one minute and just start to train your nervous system to take a pause before acting or reacting, and then just keep building it up because change doesn't happen overnight. Even with all the amazing, profound, life-changing healings I do for myself and for other people, there's still the process of changing uh your actions. So that has to be addressed, right? And the thing about humans is that humans are fundamentally irrational by default. No one is exempt from this. And that's even why we're like when we're a baby, right? And we're maybe a little hungry, we don't just like whimper, we full-on scream, right? So even the most enlightened person in the world at some point was irrational by default. Our emotions are actually wired to push us toward ideas that soothe our ego, to seek evidence that confirms what we already believe, or to make us see what we want to see, not what's actually there. And so when you add on the layer of dark force interference, it gets amplified exponentially.

Contagion Thoughts And Media Influence

And I also see this a lot with contagion thoughts. So contagion thoughts are thoughts that aren't even originally yours. So this might look like you're going about your day, suddenly you have the thought, like, no one cares about me. Like, nobody cares. And you're like, what? Where did that come from? Likely you're picking it up from someone, from a neighbor, or if you're at a coffee shop, someone in the coffee shop's thinking about that, right? Or it might be like you're scrolling on Instagram, and then like an hour later, you're like, ooh, I really want to get some Botox, or I want to get on Ozempic, right? And maybe this is something you would never have thought of before, and now you're looking up practitioners in your area, all of that, those would be contagion thoughts, right? So most of the time, these kinds of thoughts did not come from you. It was either a contagion, like an emotional or thought contagion from someone else, or dark forces can kind of plant thoughts. Well, not kind of, they can. They can very much plant thoughts, and that'll make you feel like you're going crazy. And so this is why dark force knowledge and awareness is so key for everyone. Not just, I don't even care if you're like you have no desire to work in the spiritual world at all, you should still know how to protect your energy. And so all of this is done intentionally, right? Because the whole point is dark forces want to keep you off your soul path. And that's kind of what we talked about in the webinar um earlier this week, is it's so easy with emotional and thought contagions, especially ones that dark forces plant in movies and songs on Instagram and YouTube. It is so easy to spot. So we are taught at an early age to brush our teeth, to prevent cavities, right? To wash our body, to clean our bedrooms, to clean our dishes, to literally take care of everything except our energy. Like, I personally don't know anyone besides myself who I teach my kids this, but like I don't know anyone else who grew up knowing how to protect their energy and clear dark forces, right? So this is like a really pivotal time because now we need this more than ever. And it's not just about dark forces, as I've talked about. The emotional imbalance also causes reflections, which then make you a match to dark forces. So it is kind of like you have to address both, yes, the dark energy, but also the reflection. And that's where the partnership of like me and a client, right? I go in, I do the healings, I pull intuitively the best possible exercise or uh technique they can do on their own to help make this shift. So they also have to do the work physically. And so emotional mastery, it's not just personal development work, it's actually energetic protection and it will help you in every area of

Practical Steps To Regain Control

life. So now let's talk about like what you can start doing. The first thing we can do, awareness is always the first step, right? So when you're having an intense emotional reaction to something that's currently happening, most of the time we're not actually reacting to that situation. It's typically a reaction from a childhood emotional state that never got resolved. So let's think of an example. Let's say you get a text from someone that you care about. Let's say it's really short and they don't use emojis, or someone cancels plans on you and then you feel like so rejected, right? It might be a very intense feeling that doesn't actually match the situation. It's not about the text, it's not about the canceled plans. It's actually the three-year-old or seven-year-old or 12-year-old version, whoever was wounded at that time, that's getting triggered all over again. So, this is where if you've worked with me, I'll remove memories, right? That keep you kind of stuck in those spirals. Because the body doesn't know the difference between then and now. It just knows it feels exactly like that moment, the little pebble in the pond. And then there's those ripple effects. And childhood trauma, and it doesn't have to be major trauma, it can be, you know, maybe I remember I used to hide when we would go shopping. I would hide in like the little clothing racks. And one time my mom was acting like she was gonna just leave, and it like it's probably a part of my abandonment issue, actually. Just realized that. And she acted like she was gonna leave. And I like freaked out, right? So that doesn't just live in our memories, the way we think about memories. And side note, most of our memories that we're recalling aren't even accurate, they change every time we bring them up, depending on your emotional state when you think about your memory. So most memories aren't even accurate. That's a totally different topic, but um, trauma stores itself in the body, in the tissues, in the cells, in the energy, right? And our bodies are actually predominantly made of water. Water holds memory. And this is actually scientifically documented that water responds to energy, to emotion, to frequency. So do plants. There's been so many studies on that. So when we experience something traumatic, that memory gets encoded in the water in our cells, in our tissues, in specific places in the body, in our energy, and it stays there until it's removed. So So, this is why you can talk in therapy every day for years, and nothing is going to change. You're going to feel the same way. You might feel a little better when you're in there venting, but then that just opens up the whole can of worms. So you're only working with the mental layer. The memory is still in the body, the trauma's still in the body. So in the sessions I do with my clients, like I said, I remove the memories. I don't erase them. Like you'll still be able to recall them, but I release them from where they're being held and where they're blocking you. So it's crucial, right? It's not, and I address it from three different ways. Usually I will remove the memory, I will call back your soul pieces, I will recover the cords, and then I do some healing on the actual event. So again, going back to what you can do now. Be aware of like, okay, does this reaction match the situation? And that might be kind of hard in the moment if you are feeling really triggered. So maybe just start noticing, like, okay, what am I feeling right now? And don't just accept like the first emotion or the surface label because it will likely be incorrect. Humans are really bad at actually recognizing what emotion they're feeling. So, but just start, right? Maybe just say, okay, I'm angry. And then ask why. Literally act like you're a three-year-old. Why am I angry? Well, because I feel like they're not getting back to me, and now I don't know what's going on. Hmm. So is that really anger? No. That'd be more like fear, abandonment. Okay, why am I feeling that? And just keep asking why, keep undoing the thread, right? Because it might actually present as anger, but it's actually fear, sadness, feeling unseen, feeling un feeling feeling like you're not special, that kind of thing. And then just create the pause, right? So, like Pericles, before you respond to anything that's triggering, whether it's a text, a conversation, a situation, just give yourself a window. Ideally, like 10 to 20 minutes. And the goal would be to not make a decision or send a response from that state. And then check for contagions. A little trick you can do is just say, like, these thoughts are my own, these thoughts are my own, these thoughts are my own. See a gold blast out from your from the center of your head and just see what happens, if they're still there, that kind of thing. You could even just ask, like, is this thought really mine? If you have intuition, obviously you can go straight to that. But if you don't, just by starting to ask these questions, it will create a gap to interrupt the automatic like reaction. And then if you do have intuition, pull your emotional levels. Like I do this for all my clients and for myself: anger, fear, criticism, overwhelm, disappointment. I pull the highest level in which area of life because that gives me a really good map of what's going on energetically and it's a good starting point, right? Because then when we meet again, I can kind of measure where you're at the next time and you can see the shift and you can see that things are changing. So what I'll leave you with today is your emotions are not the enemy. They never were, but unmastered, they are one of the single, one of the most exploited entry point, entry points for dark force interference. So when you do the work to master your emotional body, energy body, to create that Paracles level pause to know the difference between your emotions and installed ones, and to keep your energetic field clear, you become someone dark forces will have a really hard time of touching in the same way, right? You won't be just like a ragdoll for them to play with. You'll actually be a force to be reckoned with. Or even earthquakes don't throw you off,
