When I briefly considered settling for a corporate job despite running two successful businesses, the universe immediately sent me signals through what I call "level one reflections." These aren't random annoyances but messages from our higher selves guiding us back to our authentic path.

I have a fun podcast for you today around having it all. Isn't that what we all want? So it's kind of funny. This topic just like came to me today as I was thinking about what should I talk about? Sometimes I have it all planned in advance, but I didn't really have it planned in advance today. Sometimes I like just tapping in and like asking what you guys need to hear.

Speaker 1:

So when I say you can have it all, I don't mean like the Instagram version of you know, all the people on there portraying the perfect relationship, the perfect family, the perfect seven figure business, all of that. I am talking about having it all internally, which then does reflect externally right, but it's not. It's not a perfect life that is empty inside because the true happiness comes from, is empty inside because the true happiness comes from within, and that kind of sounds cheesy, I know, but happiness really is a state of mind and you can have fulfillment and happiness in all eight areas of life. There are eight areas of life I talk about all the time and this doesn't mean every area of life is perfect. It just means you are happy with what is, because when we are happy with what is, we won't be getting hit with reflections, obstacles, all of that right. So having it all to me, my definition, does not mean having the huge house, all the cars, all of that right. It's not about chasing more, adding more, proving anything to anyone. It's really about that balance and about feeling happy no matter what.

Speaker 1:

So the areas of life are financial, physical, physical, social, family, vocation, spiritual, mental and what am I missing Passion hobby. So I go into all of that in my membership, like what all of those mean how to be balanced in all eight areas. Because when you're out of balance it will show up in all eight areas, but it will be emotionally strong in one or two. So, for example, when I'm ignoring my passion hobby, which is dance, and archery, which haven't started my archery lessons yet Actually that starts this month when I'm slacking on my passion hobby, not making it a priority, I will feel the reflection, usually in financial or vocation, because those are the areas I'm paying attention to, right, sometimes physical as well. So it doesn't mean you need to always fix the area that is screaming to you right. So it means that you're out of balance somewhere, which goes back to a moment. A brief thought of settling, of limiting yourself and your potentials that's where all of the obstacles start. Potentials that's where all of the obstacles start.

Speaker 1:

And this month of my membership, in July, I am taking reflections to the next level. I already had in May, I believe, like beginner level reflections this month. I've never taught before and it is going to help you so much so you can jump into the membership for as little as $40 a month you get all of the trainings, current and past. If you want to have monthly reads from me, there are also other two levels above that, and so you know you can cancel anytime and come in for a month, do the trainings, have your one-on-one with me and then you can leave at like it doesn't matter to me. I know people will come. Some people have been in there for years. Other people come and they get what they need and then they leave. So, honestly, I know it's all part of like soul contracts. I don't get hung up on that kind of stuff.

Speaker 1:

So whatever obstacle frustration pattern you're facing right now, it is a reflection that stems from, like I said, being out of balance because you might have just had a little thought. Like this happens to me. So, as an example, two weeks ago I get emails from like LinkedIn. I don't know why, but they will email me like jobs basically. So, in case you don't know, I own an accounting finance firm and then I also have my healing intuitive business right, so I have two different companies right now. I'm also a single mom of three right.

Speaker 1:

So I got an email from LinkedIn and it had like a some kind of finance or accounting, job listing, and the pay was like pretty good, 250,000 a year, something I could. The job was like definitely something I could easily do, and I had a brief thought that life might be a little easier if I just went that route. And then immediately I was like wait, what? No, like what am I even thinking about? That little thought caused me some very annoying reflections. I will just leave it at that, because we are here for a purpose. Everybody has a unique soul path, soul purpose, soul path, soul purpose.

Speaker 1:

And so when you even think about limiting yourself or settling for something other than what you're here to do, you're basically your higher self creates a very low level reflection, hoping to get your attention with this low level reflection. But most humans do not pay attention. So a low level reflection for me is spilling my water, or lately it's been dropping, like my computer cord plugs into this like power block thing. So when my power block thing falls on the ground, I know that I'm somewhere, I'm giving away my power. When I spill my water, I know I'm giving away too much energy. So these are low level signs for my higher self. Hey, you know, you have limited yourself, you're imbalanced. I can stop the reflection there, it doesn't have to get to a level 10.

Speaker 1:

But most humans like, let's just say, level 0 to 1000 for reflections, right, most humans will let it get to like level 500, until they even start thinking like, okay, what is going on, you know? Like maybe their car is falling apart, their relationship is falling apart, they're about to lose their job, all of these things. And then they start to question like what's happening? It's so important to understand how reflections work. But also, solving your reflection does not mean it will automatically solve the issue. So this is a big thing out there that I've seen Some people don't understand is like they think oh well, I have this rash, if I just solve the reflection, my rash will go away.

Speaker 1:

It might, but it's a little bit more complicated than that. It's not a 100% thing. So basically, when you have a reflection, you can kind of think of it like a movie is pressed. There's a movie and it's paused, so like everyone stopped Motion, has stopped Matter, has stopped moving. Then when you resolve the reflection, it's like pressing, play, matter, movement. All of that goes back right, but it doesn't necessarily mean it will all go to healing that rash. So it's it is complex, and this is what I'm going to be teaching and breaking down this month, and my membership is. A lot of people think well, I resolved the reflection, why isn't it going away? Well, it's a little bit more complicated than that and, luckily for me and for you, I am trained in energy healing, so that's what you need is there's another piece to it. It's, there's a manifestation or energy healing piece that you also have to combine.

Speaker 1:

Oftentimes not always sometimes, like I've had, reflections resolve very quickly. It can happen like that, but it doesn't always happen like that, so that's something really important to understand. So the place that I'm trying to get to that I'm not even at 100% of the time yet is happiness being a state of mind, no matter what is going on. Instead of thinking, well, I'll be happy when you know like for me, for example, I live with my parents I could be sitting here saying, okay, I'll be happy when I'm back into my own house. But happiness isn't a destination, it's not just like waiting at the on your checklist, happiness is a state of mind, it's a frequency. On your checklist, happiness is a state of mind, it's a frequency, and so we don't get there by forcing or faking or acting as if none of that works.

Speaker 1:

You get there by balancing your reflections and seeing the perfection in every area of life, and so I was dealing with my own reflection for about two weeks, which is longer than I normally deal with reflections, but I was addressing it over those two weeks, I wasn't ignoring it, I was really trying to figure it out. So finally, one day I was just like you know what? I'm going to look at all eight areas of life where I might've settled, where I might have been imbalanced, and that's when I finally realized oh my gosh, so I was having an invasion of privacy, reflection where my kids, my parents, everybody they were like interrupting me all the time, which isn't a normal thing. And if I didn't know about reflections, I might be getting really frustrated and annoyed with them. But it's not them. I know that I create everything, as do you, so it's pointless. And getting upset at somebody else because you are literally you're creating it. So by getting upset at them, you're just going to create more imbalance, Right? So it's a simple way to get on track is just to just say you know what, I created this and because I created this, I can balance it right.

Speaker 1:

So I realized somehow I was connected. Oh, I did a I sorry, I did a read on myself. I was like, how did I connect this? So it's kind of it's not a logical connection, but energetically and intuitively it made total sense. I realized that my lack of boundaries in my financial area of life and vocation was causing these lack of boundaries in other areas of life.

Speaker 1:

So I made a point to sit down and organize my finances, organize my budget, all of that, and the reflection has just about resolved. Like, yeah, I would say it has resolved. I haven't been dealing with any invasion of privacy issues since then, but it's helpful to go in with the idea that this might resolve it fully or I might need something else, right? Because you don't want to like think, oh, if I just resolve the reflection, it's going to be done, it's going to be gone, and then it doesn't, and then you're frustrated, right? So then it's going to cause a different reflection. So I really wanted to be clear there, because I don't feel like I've explained that in that way before, and so what I'm also going to be breaking down in my membership are the three levels of reflection. So there are different levels depending on where you're at.

Speaker 1:

So like level one would be accusing people of doing what you're doing. So it's kind of like confession by projection. Level two would be what people are doing to you. You are doing to someone else but you're unaware that you're actually even feeling bad about it, right? So this was me a while back. I was so. An example of this might be you're being dismissive to your mom and you're not even realizing you feel bad about it. And then the person that you're interested in they're being dismissive to you and you're just like not connecting it. And then level three would be what you're doing to yourself Someone is doing to you. So this would be an example here would be you're not valuing your time right, or who you are, and so a love interest or a client isn't valuing your time or who you are. And then level four I don't know that we'll get to in this round, so I'm going to keep adding on to reflections. But level four would be like an inside out voice type of situation, where this happens to me a lot with my mom. She's my inside out voice person If I'm thinking like, oh, I should be off this call right now spending time with my kids.

Speaker 1:

Within five minutes, my mom will be coming into my room. Hey, you should. You should be off that call. You should be spending time with your kids. It's like clockwork, so it's. I don't even get upset with her because I know it's not her. She's just playing that part for me. Everything is here for us. Nothing is working against us. We create everything 24 seven.

Speaker 1:

And I know this is hard to understand sometimes because it puts a lot of responsibility on you, right? But you could just start by being aware of your thoughts, being aware of where you might be settling. So when we settle with a relationship, that's you know. That's a whole different topic, which I do get into in my membership. I have trainings on the high frequency view of relationships. We don't want to just leave a relationship and then go get into the same issue with someone else. You actually, if it's not a violent situation, it's best if you can stay in a relationship, make it the best possible relationship, and then ask yourself do I still want more? Is there something still missing? And then, if you get a yes, then you would leave when it's the best it's ever been, because then you know it's just because you're not a match, maybe your contract has run out.

Speaker 1:

I look in intuitively all the time for my clients on these things and I have other episodes where I've talked about like soulmates, soul compliments, all of that but because our reflections will follow us. So let's say you have an angry boss, or you know and like you finally had enough and you just quit, then that angry boss could end up. That same kind of situation would be created, maybe with your parent or with a partner or something like that, because until you shift it, it's going to follow you. So reflections are not something you can just escape. Unfortunately, at some point, if you get to a certain point when you're seeing everything is perfect, then you might just have like level one reflections. I'm trying to catch reflections at level one. I'm not always perfect with it, just like my privacy issue took me a while, but it's always.

Speaker 1:

You can always trace it back. If you have your intuition, or if you have an intuitive to go to, you can always trace it back to a moment of settling. Go to, you can always trace it back to a moment of settling, and it can be something small. So how do we have it all? Well, you technically already do have it all. You could be happy in all eight areas of life right now, if you get balanced right. And then what do you think that does for your energy, for your creator field? It's going to keep calling in more of what you're focusing on. If you're focused on, wow, I really am so happy. And again, we don't want to get, we don't want to get too happy or elated, because then sometimes you have to be balanced out by the universe, which happened to me.

Speaker 1:

I had an amazing thing happen yesterday. I had been trying to close this deal for three years. It kept going back and forth Like all of these issues were happening. I could not figure out why. And then yesterday, before I had a meeting, and before the meeting and the night before, I did so much timeline work. I did so much energy, healing, energetic alignment, all of that and I went into this meeting and in less than 20 minutes it could not have gone better. It was like miraculous. I'm like wow, this work is really the best. So I was very pleased by that right.

Speaker 1:

And so I was so pleased and distracted by that that I ended up forgetting to do my sleep protection, which, if you are new here, I am heavily trained in dark forces, dark energy, all of that and I have a very specific sleep protection. I actually do have. I don't think I ever put out my website, but I do have something called astral armor, which is a sleep protection audio. So if anybody is interested in that, just reach out. But I do this very specific sleep protection on myself and my children every night. I do this very specific sleep protection on myself and my children every night. And last night I forgot to do it because I was distracted by being pleased and guess what? I got hit with dark energy during my sleep. It was not fun. I was up at 3 am dealing with all of that.

Speaker 1:

So the universe will balance you out if you're too much on the elated side, but it will also like if you're really, really down. The universe will sometimes be like, oh, let's give her or him a little pick me up, but it's like not really anything lasting. It's more just like a little sugar rush of pleasure to kind of balance you bring you back up. So but when we're able to tap into this happiness, being a state of mind, being balanced, being seeing things as source would, source sees everything as perfect, just like my deal yesterday that finally closed. I, along the way, had been a little frustrated that it was taking so long, that I'd hired certain people that, like, messed up all of these things, and. But then when it closed yesterday, I was like, oh my gosh, it actually happened in perfect timing, it was perfect. And it's when we can't see the perfection in something and I had someone ask a great question in a podcast, q and A, earlier today, which was around her ex introducing their children to his new girlfriend without having a conversation with her first Right.

Speaker 1:

So what I advised her to do was to sit and, yes, write out the negatives of that, but then write out and more positives, and so sometimes it can be a little tough in these situations, when there's emotions involved, to figure out what the positives are. So you can always book a session with me. I'm happy to help you with that. A few I gave her was you know, maybe being with this woman is going to make him happy. Maybe that means he's going to give her more time with the kids because he wants to go spend time with his girlfriend. Maybe being with her is going. Maybe the kids will love her right Like. So it's really about balancing things and seeing both the negatives and the positives, but making sure that you're neutral about it, because if it is a reflection, it will likely diffuse, right? If you're able to get to a balanced place Now, it could be a sole contract. I didn't look in intuitively, this wasn't during a session, it was during a Q&A but it could also be a sole contract. This woman might have a contract with her ex for this very thing to be happening, right?

Speaker 1:

So we humans tend to think that we know better than our higher selves, or that we know better than source. We don't. But you know and I get caught up in this sometimes too, where I'm like, oh, but that's not fair. And then I immediately have to say, well, actually like XYZ. Or if I start looping my mind on like, what if this happens? What if this, this, then I make myself write out a list of how those things could be. You know great things. It's not easy, for sure, but I don't want to deal with level 10,000 reflections I am good with, just like the level one.

Speaker 1:

So I am more interested in following the path my higher self wants me to follow versus, you know, looking at things from a human perspective. A human perspective is very black and white, right and wrong, thinking you know better than somebody else or that you know better than your higher self. All of that the high frequency way is, even just by asking the question that she asked, that just shows how high frequency she is, because if she wasn't asking that question, she wouldn't have been interested in finding a resolution or balance, right. So the fact that she's like, hey, this is bothering me. How do I balance this? Just asking that question shows high consciousness. High frequency Doesn't mean you have to know the answer. You can ask someone about it, right. But just realizing that you're out of balance and having the desire to become balanced is huge. So something you could do is maybe choose a few situations where you blamed yourself for how something turned out, or maybe you're still upset that someone did something to you or something like that. Choose three situations like that and then go through an exercise where you can see how that actually helped you level up in life and move closer to your higher, to your soul pole.

Speaker 1:

For me, I was let go from my long time, like seven years. Corporate job, six figure corporate job, working from home. One is was one of the first employees, all of this stuff. I was let go and I was devastated at first. This was years ago, but, oh my gosh, I am so grateful I was let go, like it launched me towards my sole pole. You know, uh, getting married and getting divorced. I, if I was just on a human level, I could look at that like wow, that was like such a big mistake. But it helped me learn self love. It helped me choose myself and focus on my soul, pull on my kids, so it was actually perfect. I learned so much from my marriage. I don't regret that at all. So there are so many ways we can go about doing this and I do have a lot of audios and my membership too, that kind of walk you through these on a deeper level. Speaker 1:

I will wrap up by sharing that I do have a couple new healing sessions that I've been providing to people who are wanting something outside of what I already have. So I'm going to add these to my website, but I do have links for them. The sales page is very bleak because I literally just created them for the people to purchase. One of them is focused on timeline calibrations for lack of better words, I don't have like a name for it yet, but basically it's for someone who, like recently, I did one on someone who had a deep fear of rejection and she was getting a lot of rejection reflections on her life, all of that, and so I went back to the very first time that that was created. I put her and the other people involved on a better path, a higher path, and then I also calibrated her future timeline so that she would be on a better path forward. There's a lot more to it than that, but that I am offering for 125 for the next five people and then I'm going to keep bumping it up until it's at its normal rate. So I will share that link in the show notes.

Speaker 1:

And then the other one that I have. It's kind of a bundle of the soul reclamation and the timeline healing. So it's a removal of energetic arrows, energetic hooks, removal of three energetic cords and one timeline healing for a situation. So this one I created for someone who had a lot of past relationship trauma, and so I cut three of the cords from her past relationships, which typically you do need a couple cord cutting sessions. I only do three max per session because it is really intense energy work. It's not just oh, I'm going to cut the cord, it's literally pulling your soul pieces out of the other person. Oh, I'm going to cut the cord. It's literally pulling your soul pieces out of the other person, pulling their soul pieces out of you, like raising the frequency of them, healing them, then sending them back. It's like this whole process. So it's a lot of energy work but you do feel really good after. So it's three energy, energetic cord cuttings, which I call soul reclamations, and then one timeline healing. So that's a great one to do for, like ongoing issues. So that one is 225.

Speaker 1:

And I will link both of those in the show notes. They're right now just called custom healing sessions, but I can literally customize anything for you guys. Like today I had someone reach out to me me who is a student at the same school I'm at, but she's been having a reflection that she just can't figure out and honestly, it is so much easier for me to figure out other people's reflections because I'm not emotionally invested. I'm able to just tap in and see what's going on. So she had been trying for a while to resolve it and she just feels like she's getting hit with more and more. So I came up with a custom healing session for her. So I'm very flexible with whatever you're needing help with, and I do have the longer reads as well, and then, at any time, if you ever want a dark force session, you can reach out for that.

Like, I have all of these things I just don't even talk about enough, and my mentor, alessandro, was like he just told me last week you need to show off more. You need to show people what you're capable of. I'm like, okay, so I had to just throw that in here.
