Today I have a short episode for you. I wanted to talk about the modalities that I use inside of my clean BDE program and why they're so powerful. I also wanted to share the reasoning behind me launching the new program. If you saw on Instagram, I also talked about it in the last episode, rewiring Motherhood. That's only $44. And I have gotten such amazing feedback, even from non-moms. They saw the audios that were included and they were like I need those. So I've had two non-mothers go through this and they have been messaging me like literally within 24 hours. They're like this is amazing, which I love to hear. So I also wanted to talk about my strategy and the reason why I decided to do my new program, rewiring Motherhood.

So inside my Clean Baby Daddy Energy program, which I just call Clean BDE, I take mothers who have experienced toxic, abusive relationships and get them to a neutral place. Before we do anything, I have to get them out of fight or flight. I do that by regulating their nervous system and updating their unconscious mind. So that is the number one step. Like if a mother comes in still in fight or flight, I'm not going to start talking to her about energetics and like soul contracts and all of that kind of stuff. Right, I can't even go there until I get her regulated. And I realized what I do inside Clean BDE is so unique Like most people don't really understand what I'm doing in there, and moms that have come out of traumatic relationships like they don't want more work to do right. So that's why I wanted to create this program called Rewiring Motherhood. I pulled out a few of the most transformational audios and put them into a little taste. Tester of Clean BDE. So it's only $44. I will share the link in the show notes. It will go up to $111 at some point after the new year. But the shifts that people are already having like literally people will join and like within 24 hours they're like. I completely cleared this. I'll share what's in there so that, whether you're a mom or not, you will get results from rewiring, which I hadn't even thought of targeting people who weren't moms, but it's definitely helping people that aren't even moms.

So, like I said, the first part is nervous system regulation. That is the cornerstone, that is the foundation, because everything stems from how safe or unsafe your body feels. Because when your nervous system is dysregulated, you're in survival mode, you're in fight or flight. Your decisions are all reactive instead of intentional. You are not able to tap into your wisdom, your intuition, all of that right, and so this isn't just about how someone shows up as a parent, it's about how you show up in your entire life.

So in Clean BDE I calm the inner chaos for you through. Literally you just put in earbuds, if you have them, you don't have to have earbuds, but it kind of drowns out the noise of everything else. All you do is listen and I start to take you from fight or flight to regulated. I create a sense of safety in your body, I update your unconscious mind, which that goes into the next piece, which is the unconscious reprogramming. And I feel like these terms are thrown around a lot like, especially in the coaching space, like nervous system regulation, unconscious reprogramming, and some people just don't even know what that means, because I didn't know what that meant just like probably three years ago. So that's why I wanted to do this episode to kind of just explain it in a little bit more detail.

So in rewiring in the first three audios I get you out of fight or flight. I am also introducing the unconscious reprogramming that kind of happens in the background as you listen. So most of your beliefs and your behaviors were wired in during your early years, from ages zero to seven. We were sponges and all of that childhood conditioning is actually running the show until it gets rewired. So that's why I created both of these programs. So I use transformational audios to access your unconscious also known as subconscious mind, and I rewire those outdated patterns. I update your unconscious mind that certain things that have been keeping you stuck are no longer keeping you stuck, because your unconscious mind doesn't know the difference between real or imagined. It doesn't know time.

So if you're consistently having negative memories and like pulling, bringing these memories up, I just did this whole training inside my membership. Five no, sorry six audios on emotional mastery and the last piece is like updating your memories. This is how I healed the first huge level of my trauma, my physical abuse, was through rewiring my memories. I actually channeled techniques. I don't even well now I know my hair self gave them to me, but at the time I had no idea where it came from. But I just like started rewiring these programs, or sorry, rewiring memories, and it neutralized me. It didn't fully get me out of fight or flight, but it neutralized the memories. And until you neutralize memories, they're going to keep popping up. I like to think of them now as like a reminder for my higher self. Like, hey, hi, you still need to neutralize me. So I go through all of that in my emotional mastery program. So that's both in my membership and it's in claim BDE as well.
Speaker 2:
So we have the nervous system regulation, then we have the unconscious reprogramming, then we work on the emotional mastery. Which emotions are really powerful? It's actually what makes humans so special. They are signals and messengers to help us heal. But most of the time people are suppressing them or they're being consumed by them, right, and so I know that was me for a very, very long time and that's why I had anxiety and panic attacks, because I was constantly trying to suppress them. That was part of my childhood conditioning, because I was told to just get over it, stop crying like common things that parents say. I don't say that to my children. I go into that in emotional mastery, but I encourage my children to name their emotions and then we process them out, we neutralize them right. I don't want my children having to spend decades undoing what I did to them, right, which is what I've been doing. I've had to undo so much programming. So the emotional mastery piece helps you learn how to process emotions like scientifically, without judgment. So instead of them ruling your life, it actually becomes a game, like a memory will pop up. Oh, I know how to clear this right. So I have a super fast tool that does that. Rewire motherhood is all about the first part of clean BDE, which is like the nervous system regulation and unconscious reprogramming. I'll tell you the audios that has. The first three, like I said, are phase one, getting you out of fight or flight. The next one is rewiring and clearing childhood programming. That one I've had a out of fight or flight. The next one is rewiring and clearing childhood programming. That one I've had a lot of amazing feedback on. The next one is called rewiring and clearing.

Regret, getting rid of any of those. He should have done this. He shouldn't have done that I should have. I shouldn't have that one I've had a ton of positive feedback on. Someone actually suggested I just sell that track on its own, which I might. Then there's a track on rewiring heartbreak. So I explain what's happening in your body when you're experiencing heartbreak and then I clear it out for you. The final one is rewiring relationship regret or potential. So this is where I kind of talk about wiring relationship regret or potential. So this is where I kind of talk about we'll think back on our relationship, we'll regret things and how I used to choose people based on their potential, not on where they actually were, and I go into all of that and then I give a bonus track but you guys, if you're listening, you already have which is my last podcast episode on breaking free from guilt and shame parenting tactics. My coach, leanne Lopez-Mosley, is the one who suggested I do this. Glad I did, because when you have such a unique program like Clean BDE, unless I'm talking to someone like, they're not going to really understand what it is I'm doing in there and they're used to going through programs where you have to journal a lot or you have to vent and I'm the opposite, like anything traditional that you've been taught. Most likely, I'm doing the exact opposite, because if we look at the traditional therapies and we look at the traditional techniques to heal, they don't work right, like that's why people keep going back to the same person month after month, year after year. They're not working.
Speaker 2:
I have seen the women, the mothers inside Clean BDE come in in a very fight or flight situation and they leave neutralized. And my goal for them is to be able to tap into their highest levels of wisdom, intuition and make decisions from their higher mind, not from fight or flight. And so sometimes moms will also be really worried about well, what if my ex gets custody? Or what if this happens? What if my kids get hurt? What if he totally screws them up? All of that kind of thinking is stemming from fight or flight. So like being in fear or anger is absolutely useless. Sounds weird, I know. I explain this more in the program, but when you're in fear or anger, your unconscious thinks that you are facing a lion, like it thinks there's something to do right there. So it actually diverts blood and energy from going to your brain, into your jaw to bite, or to your limbs to run really fast for a short period of time. Both things are helpful if you are running from a lion right, but not helpful when you're just sitting in your bedroom thinking about all of these thoughts.
Speaker 2:
So I did a post today on Instagram talking about the five signs that you're still in fight or flight. I will link that post here, but it gives very clear examples of like knowing. Like okay, you left a toxic relationship, so this was my thing. I would leave a toxic relationship and I'd be like go me right, but then I didn't do the inner work and I would end up in the same situation, or worse, in the next relationship. So that's why I've been single for the last year and a half because I wanted to make sure that didn't happen.

There are also other reasons I've chosen to be single, such as I really wanted to get my business up and running before I got into a relationship again, because relationships tended to be a distraction from my business. So there were a few reasons why, but I know that I broke out of the cycle because the last person I did date he was not abusive in any way. He just wasn't for me. As I've probably mentioned before, we just had mismatched values. So what I found is a lot of women were doing this too, which is this kind of cycle You're in a toxic relationship which puts you in fight or flight. You get out of the relationship, everybody's happy, you're out and then you find someone and you recreate that there are additional reasons why that happens and that's where I get into the energetics, right. So that's the unseen element of clean BDE.
Speaker 2:
So I used to find it helpful to think well, I can't control what they're doing, so I'm just going to control myself, right, and control my reaction to them and how I interpret what they're saying or doing. Then I I realized, oh, once I learned the spiritual, energetic universal laws, I was like, oh, I can actually influence how other people treat me Interesting. So then I infused clean BDE with that. But that needs to come at the end, like, like I said, if someone's in fight or flight, they're not going to be open to understanding the higher perspective of like soul contracts, soul lessons, all of this. I would not change a single thing about all of the abusive relationships I was in, because it led me ultimately to choosing myself to saying enough and I healed it, I neutralized right, and now I would be ready to begin a healthy relationship with someone when it's the right time. So in the last part of Clean BDE, I teach you how to tune your energetic field to release what's weighing you down and to embody the version of yourself who wants to attract the reality she desires, and that's where the magic happens. That's all.

So right now, you can get level one clean BDE. And when you purchase level one clean BDE, you're actually going to automatically get level two clean BDE, which isn't available yet. In level two clean BDE, I'm actually going to read like your sole contract with your ex. All of that like really help. You see the higher perspective. So there will be like one-on-one components to that, and I'm restructuring right now how clean BDE is offered based on the women that went through it and what I noticed. Right, so there's going to be a clean BDE that you can just come in and go through at your own pace no one-on-one.

Some people just like to come in, get the information and go on their way. I'm like that with some courses right. Then there's a clean BDE plus six weeks of coaching with me. Then there's clean BDE, level two. So right now, if you join either one of the clean BDE level ones, you will get level two for no additional cost Once level two is ready to go, there will be an additional cost.
