In this episode, I have the opportunity to interview one of the most brilliant minds in holistic medicine: Elena Bensonoff.  Elena is an award-winning holistic practitioner, consultant pharmacist and the founder of Wholistic, Inc.

Well, ladies, I have a very special guest with us today. I first connected with Elena years ago when my doctor gave me some of her amazing essential oil blends for chakra healing, I was going through a very difficult time where I was healing from toxic mold and they helped so much that I started following her on social media. We connected, I read her a book. I took a couple of, of her beautiful programs. One of them called ignite your codes of consciousness, which I just, I loved so much. Um, Elena is an award-winning holistic practitioner, consultant pharmacist, and the founder of holistic Inc. Um, as a pioneer in the fields of functional regenerative and energy medicine, she has been sharing her gift for healing for over 20 years using her clinical skills and medical intuition. Thank you so much for being here.

Elena (02:06):

Oh, thank you so much, Angela, for inviting me to be here with you. I didn't know you took one of my programs actually. That's so great.

Angela (02:13):

<laugh> yeah, it was years ago. It was like in 2019, I went back and looked <laugh> to try to find, and yeah, I took that course and I, I took another one too. Um, and I also read your book and they were all so helpful. Um, I still have the chakra, um, oils and they're just amazing. I highly recommend them to everybody <laugh> yeah. Yeah. I've been teaching a lot of my clients about chakra, so this would be a perfect time to, um, to try them out. <laugh> yes. Uh, and so I'm really captivated by women who start out in the corporate world of some sort and then pivot and find their path in calling. So I would love for you to tell our listeners your story about how you went from pharmacists to revolutionary heal healer and kind of what drew you into that world.

Elena (03:01):

Hmm. Great question. <laugh> <laugh> so I will say first, um, I think the healing journey never ends. And for me, it started with my oldest son when he was a baby, he was born with severe colleague. He was crying all the time and now we're actually back to square one with him. But anyway, we'll get to that in a moment and severe eczema. And then I ended up having in that house actually discovered that I, I couldn't breathe. Right. I was having severe asthma and we had people come and, uh, check from mold. Of course the house was filled with mold. We had to move out. But my lungs at that time were functioning at 25%. So I couldn't inhale or exhale. I remember going to the doctor and they said to me, you're gonna be on six medications for the rest of your life.

Elena (03:50):

And I thought, wow. You know, I couldn't imagine being one of those patients that I was actually dispensing meds for. And I was young. I was in my twenties. So I thought, okay, I need to change my life. And what is it that I have to do besides of course, moving to a different house in pharmacy school, just like medical school, no one teaches you about mold. No one talks to you about nutrition. So when I had, I started researching and, you know, eliminating certain things from my diet. And then of course, when I had my fourth child, a friend of mine said, Elena, would you like to join me in this journey of functional medicine? And we'll take classes, you know, we'll be traveling. It will take a couple of years to get certified or board certified and functional medicine. And I said, I'm not sure I have four kids.

Elena (04:40):

I don't know if I'm ready for that. She's like, well, it's not like you have to be in class, you know, 40 hours a week. It's, you know, four or five days here and there. And then it, then you have to take exams. And that's exactly what happened. I, I went to my first module and it was gut health related of course, in cardiovascular. And one of the cardiologists had us get up. This was back in 2007. So 15 years ago, 15 years ago. Wow. He had us get up. And um, his name was Dr. Sinatra. He was quite an older gentleman and he had us do Chiang. And I remember he talked about harnessing energy in the hands and feeling the energy. And I just felt this current of energy flowing in between my hands. And I thought, wow, this is so profound. I didn't realize it.

Elena (05:30):

And I think we all know it because as children it's so natural to us, right. But then life happens and I went to pharmacy school and my thinking became very, very linear. Uh, here's the disease and here's the pill, right? It, it was never looking at the root cause, but anyway, there's something much greater and that is this energy, this whole energy field. So that ignited and sparked my path into where I am today. And that is learning as much as possible using different healing modalities to bring me to actually now I have my own school, the quantum healer school. This is where I teach how to diagnose, uh, right away. So a lot of times I've had medical practitioners, physicians, actually that just attended my program. Uh, anyone who, whether you are a physician, you're energy practitioner or you're a mom stay at home, mom, and you just want to know what can I do to help my children because perhaps, or perhaps help yourself and your loved ones, right?

Elena (06:34):

There's symptoms you might be having, but you're not sure what, what is next? How do you identify where that symptom is coming from? And then what do you do about it? And that includes, of course, creating a blueprint, which every human being needs a different protocol, right? We're not all created equal. So perhaps if some of you might be fatigued, it would be nice to know what level of fatigue you're in. So then you know exactly what you need to take and what kind of diet also diet is critical. Nutrition needs to be implemented that is specific to each person. Right? And we talk about like, I've had people that will come in and say, oh, you know, I'm on this diet and I'm on that diet. I'm still not feeling well. Or I'm doing celery juice in the morning and it's making me feel great.

Elena (07:20):

And then all of a sudden it started making me feel nauseous. Well, why is that right? Mm-hmm <affirmative> so it's important to test every food. It's important to test every supplement. If you're taking of course, prescription medication. It's also important to test that if what you're taking is actually in alignment with what is happening in your entire system. So therefore of course, is the holistic approach. Mm-hmm <affirmative> to our wellbeing and energy medicine. Medicine is something that is critical in supporting our energetic system because it is body, mind and soul connection. So yes, it's important to support the physical body, to eliminate all kinds of toxins, to give you the right nutrients, right? Eliminate whether you have mold, fungus and bacteria, parasites, whatever that might be viruses and other things support your liver, your gut, your kidneys, your lymph, all kinds of things. And then it's about supporting a person.

Elena (08:19):

Energetically. Oftentimes people dive into energy medicine first. Right. And I will say that it's great, but it's it's so, um, it's lacking just like we have physical system, right? Very traditional medical system alopathic system, which you absolutely need in acute. Right. If there's an emergency thing that we have medical system, right. But it's important to, to recognize that energy by itself energy work and the medicine by itself are lacking this integration. So I see that the future practitioners of the worlds are gonna be the ones. And this is what I'm training actually people to do now are the ones that are looking at the energetic blueprint of a person. And then also at the physical system and integrated all of it, including the mind. Right. Because our all, I would say most chronic conditions stem from imbalanced emotions, mm-hmm <affirmative> right. Or due to different events and situations that have happened in our life. Right. And we, it, it's also a matter of, we haven't processed them. So how can we support each individual in helping them process these emotions so they can have freedom because to me, ultimately, health is about being free.

Angela (09:37):

Yep. Absolutely. <laugh> wow. That's so beautiful. And I, I know I saw that you're teaching people that, and that's just amazing. We need that in the world right now so badly. And I forgot that your, I, I remembered your lung issue, but I had forgot that it was due to mold as well, because yeah. I had went through the mold stuff and I actually am in the process of creating, um, a mold, a microtoxin monitor for homes. So just like smoke alarms, carbon monoxide. Microtoxin just to like, yeah.

Elena (10:08):

Yeah. There's a very easy way to test it. Actually. It's one of the things I teach people how to test. Of course, there's vial in my program that we all learn how to test somebody for different types of mold. The other thing that I can give people really great advice. Of course, if they have somebody that can help them test for that is what I would recommend is leaving empty glass jars in each room label, each room, leave it for 24 hours, seal the jars after 24 hours and then have somebody muscle test you, if you go weak, most likely it's, it's related to mold. And then there's different things that, uh, can be done about that. Of course. So there's actually quick ways to test for it. Mm-hmm

Angela (10:46):

<affirmative> yeah. That's awesome. I didn't know about that. That's great. Yeah. I have a lot of people interested in mold stuff, so that's really nice. Yeah.

Elena (10:54):

Yeah. They can come actually and learn too, cuz I teach how to at figuring out exactly what mold it is. So that's one of the things that's in the program.

Angela (11:03):

Great. Okay. Yeah. That's so needed because mm-hmm <affirmative> yeah. Like you said, even, you know, doctors, even now they're not trained to know about mold or you know, how to heal and it I'm sure you knew now, like I had to fly all over the country trying to find a doctor who could help me, you know? Um, and yeah, it would be so great to have that power ourselves and not have to spend all that time and money

Elena (11:26):

And researching and absolutely. Yes. It's about taking that power into our own hands and, and then knowing what to do about different things that are happening in our life. Absolutely.

Angela (11:38):

Yeah, absolutely. And, and now that you mentioned, you know, you have so many amazing programs and um, so a lot of my listeners are somewhat new, um, to the energy world or energy medicine. Um, so what would you recommend if someone was interested in, in starting to learn? Like where would you recommend that they start with your programs?

Elena (11:59):

Definitely. So a couple of places, number one, I would say reading a book, holistic wisdom, awakening your inner healer. I think it's a step number one, number two, which I think is going to simplify things in much greater way. It's taking over 25 years of my experience into an eight week online course. And this is where people create it's called holistic wisdom, awakening your inner healer eight week program. And you go from first, you'll take, uh, a survey and then, uh, will create step by step a program and protocol for yourself based on when you test yourself. So this is a little bit different testing than if you were to learn with me hands on, but creating your own protocol based on what your needs are, whether it's, uh, supporting your adrenal glands, uh, seeing what your liver needs, what kind of food sensitivities you might have learning to test yourself, uh, testing for different herbs and spices, and then going in testing your own emotions and finding out what emotions are out of balance.

Elena (12:59):

And then what shacks are out of balance. And then what do you need different things that you can use to balance it out, whether it's breath, work, uh, specific herbs and supplements that are needed for you versus just generic things. Oftentimes people go on these cleanses, I've heard, you know, 20 plus years of, uh, me doing this work. People go, oh, I I've been on the liver plans. I'm like, okay, well, did you support your gut? No, no one told me, well, why not? Because if you are doing liver clans, all the toxins are gonna go into your digestive system and blood. So you're gonna be reabsorbing all of this horrible stuff back. So it's important that you are being looked at as an entire holistic person versus, okay, well, let's take your liver and cleanse it. Let's take, you know, do metal, metal, heavy metal toxicity, you know, elimination, uh, or detoxification. So again, this is looking at the whole person, but for those people that join, I teach twice a year. So my next program is coming up live, um, quantum healer, holistic quantum healer, that's coming up in October. And for those people that sign up, they actually get the book and the eight week program included and actually it's a prerequisite in order to attend. So that's included. So for people who sign up, they can start three, four months ahead of time dive into that. And then

Angela (14:20):

Yeah.

Elena (14:21):

In person. Yeah. That's in person. Yes.

Angela (14:23):

Yeah. That's so awesome. Yeah. I saw it's um, going to be in St. Petersburg, is that right? Yeah.

Elena (14:27):

Yes. Yeah. We just did one event in Marco island, Florida, and it was, it was a beautiful venue, but I decided to, to bring it closer for me, closer to home, I live in Tampa. So this is like a 30, 40 minute drive. And, uh, it it's just a nicer space, so yes.

Angela (14:46):

Yeah. I know. I was like, Hmm. I would really love to come to that.

Elena (14:50):

<laugh> definitely, I hope that you can. Absolutely. Yes.

Angela (14:55):

Um, so you've, so you've also mentioned and you know, I've listened to your podcast and, and read your blogs and read your book. And, um, you mentioned a lot of people come to you with chronic pain or immune system issues. Um, and I'm just wondering for people listening, like what's your process when someone comes to you with that and, um, yeah, if you could just share with us how you would approach that, that would be great.

Elena (15:20):

Thank you so much for asking. So up until 2019, I used to have a private practice in person. And then this is way before COVID, I've had a vision that I wanted to reach more people. So I've transitioned completely online. So I work with people from probably by now over 40 countries around the world. Uh, so people find me online and they usually book one hour wellness with me. And just so people know, one hour wellness means I'll spend an hour with you, but it takes me a few hours of work behind the scenes preparing. So what does that mean? It means I'll test your entire system. So testing you from your gut to your, uh, microbiome, to your hormones. Of course I'm not prescribing hormones, right? This is strictly looking into your neurotransmitters as well. Of course, we can look at progesterone, testosterone, all of that.

Elena (16:10):

And then if needed, then I'll refer to the right, uh, physician to prescribe. But most of the time I don't, I don't prescribe. So we only go through creating a blueprint that is ideal for each person. And that also includes nutrition. So that means I'll test your, for food sensitivities mm-hmm <affirmative> and giving you ideas of what things you have to eliminate from your diet to balance your digestive system, right. And then different protocols of what needs to be done as far as your neurotransmitters, if you have parasites or if you have bacteria or if you have fungus, Canda, whatever that might be, mm-hmm, <affirmative>, uh, also looking into, uh, where in your body, you store stress and perhaps different affirmations that are specific to you that will also be given to you. So usually it's one of the most powerful, um, appointments a person will have. It's like combining a natural path, uh, functional medicine and nutritionist in one appointment. Wow. And then the person receives what to do. And then in about four to six weeks, we'll usually have a follow up

Angela (17:22):

Mm-hmm <affirmative>

Elena (17:23):

Okay. And then people do pretty well after that, because most of them then take the eight week online program and then they'll say, Hey, Elena, I'm ready for your hands on training. I'm like, okay, great.

Angela (17:36):

Wow. That's great. Yeah. See, yeah, I've had since, um, COVID hit, my testosterone just went Ooh, all the way down. So that sounds like I'll have to look into that for myself because yeah, my, my hormones have just like, when I'm stressed, it's my hormones. That's what reacts. Um, so

Elena (17:54):

Of course, yes. Yeah. That's the first place that, that it goes to yes. Testosterone, but it's your adrenals most likely are mm-hmm <affirmative> balance. Right. And then your gut, because the first place that impacts the stress impacts is our gut,

Angela (18:08):

Right? Yeah.

Elena (18:09):

Artistic track. Absolutely.

Angela (18:11):

Yeah. And I, you know, I don't like taking testosterone because it makes me so angry. <laugh> like gives me a bunch of, you know, energy, masculine energy that I don't really want. So, yeah. And

Elena (18:24):

The other thing I, you know, people don't realize, so if you're a female, of course, most of your listeners are females and they are, you are on birth control pills. So this is one of the big things. It actually blocks your conversion of sex, hormone, binding globulin, and that blocks a testosterone. So most women on birth control pills will have low testosterone and also sub functioning thyroid gland. So whether it is an I U D that has hormones or you're taking oral, um, birth control pills. So I'm not sure that's the case for you, but this is just generic information for women too.

Angela (18:59):

Yeah, no, that's great to know. It's yeah. I had an interview with, um, Dr. John Gray a couple weeks ago, the author of men are from ours. Women are from Venus mm-hmm <affirmative> and he had a great, he, I didn't know that he knew so much about hormones, like, um, in relationships. So that was really interesting. I learned a lot about how relationships can affect your hormones too. So I guess that goes along with the stress, but, um, yes. Um, yeah. And so another thing that I've, uh, seen that is really interesting, um, is what you share about vibrational awareness. And then I'll also be asking about your vibrational revelations, but I would love to, for you to just share what vibrational awareness means, um, and how our thoughts and emotions affect our vibrations. As a lot of my listeners are, you know, um, just getting interested in this and that would really help them a lot to know.

Elena (19:51):

Yes. Thank you for this question. It's a huge question, actually. So first I wanted to say that we are, let's take out the idea that we're, you know, material things, right? We're material beings. We are light we're photo on beings. Okay. We omit light. There's plenty of research that shows that. And the only reason we're dense is because it's vibrating, right? Every single cell, there is a vibration, there is a frequency. So what we really are we're light beings. There is omitting information. We're like the light or the radio frequency omitting and receiving. So this is number one thing to think about, right? And as that as such, you are giving information out into the universe about yourself. So based on what you are experiencing, based on how you process the information, this is the vibration that you are giving out to the universe, right?

Elena (20:52):

And then for some people who are extremely sensitive, some people let's say what's called the impass right, or just C highly sensitive people. HSPs right. You can walk into a room and you can feel, oh, this space feels really great. Or you can walk into a space and feel like I I'm gonna exit. I don't wanna be here. And I'm sure, you know, as a parent, right, you angel also know like you've gone to parents' meetings and you just did not wanna sit with the crowd of people. You wanted to be on the outside observing, cuz that just felt like a, an easier space to be in. Right? So without realizing we are absolutely reading information, not only about others, but also about our environment, we're perceiving it. And we are perceiving it through vibrational frequencies that are also in the form of scale waves.

Elena (21:46):

So several years ago, just to quickly for people to explain what are scale waves, there are, I believe like a hundred million or billion times faster than a speed of light. Actually, we're going to post a video with Dr. Sam has Monage, who is the expert, uh, on pyramids in the world. And he talks about, uh, scaler waves and what is scaler wave technology. It's really just communication network communication. It's the fastest way you can communicate and retrieve information. Right. And all of it actually initially was brought to our field of perception by Nicola Tesla. So he was the first one that talked about scaler waves. So my partner Alejandra and I have created a system to test people, places, businesses, uh, you know, different sacred sites. So we, because every single thing carries information and this information is imprinted in the field, right? Mm-hmm <affirmative> some people call it the biofield because every human being has a biofield it's also called, called the information field, the divine field, right?

Elena (23:01):

So living being sentient, being's crystal kingdom, plant kingdom, animal kingdom, everything OITs information and everything is imprinted in this biofield from the past, we can retrieve information because when you go beyond our earth, right, which has gravitational forces, uh, we are limited to time and space when you go away from, from earth, time and space, no longer exists. And everything is present in the now of course there's many different ways. The outcome of, you know, there's many different universes that could be happening at the same time, which quantum physicists now talk about, they reference to us being multi-dimensional right. Experiencing multiple realities in multiple universes at the same time. So oftentimes we don't like to predict what's happening in the future, but we can absolutely use the information from each person or a place to retrieve. Whether a person, you know, was impacted their vibration frequency was impacted by event situations, people.

Elena (24:12):

So this is part of something that we do, uh, it's called vibration frequency analysis. And then we look at a person's lifetime and see what happened from birth until where they're today, where the frequencies have dropped, where they've risen and the drops, what contributed to those drops. And oftentimes it helps people in, in so many different ways because we look at over 30 different categories, mm-hmm <affirmative> of how the person is viewing or perceiving each aspect of their life. It's sort of like, you know, when you go to the doctor, you get your blood work done and you say, okay, you could see where your glucose level is, right where your liver enzymes are your cholesterol, hormones, whatever it is, you're checking. So this is the same way, but looking into your souls, physical experience on earth. So for those people that are open to understanding themselves in a greater way, you know, vibrational frequency is a way that it can be looked at to know, oh, perhaps, you know, I have an emotion of fear in my relationships, and this is the aspect that I know, but I'm ready to shift. And a lot of times just by having this vibrational analysis, it gives a wider lens of understanding yourself. So it's easier to shift.

Angela (25:31):

Yeah, no, definitely. I was really interesting to watch the Amber heard and Johnny Depp won. She had so many at 50. So I was like looking at the scale while you guys were talking and yeah, it was really interesting.

Elena (25:44):

<laugh> yes. And you know, the, one of the greatest things, cause by now we've read 'em in thousands and thousands of people in places and uh, there's public episodes that we do. And then of course we have our vibration revelations community, but I'll say one thing that even though people who don't know and they'll say, why are they giving numbers for everything because numbers have to do with emotions. Um, but it gives you an idea and this is a scale of zero to a thousand. It gives you an idea and also understanding that everything is divine in this universe, right? Because oftentimes human beings, some human beings love to, to blame and say, oh, you know, it's so, and so's fault because this is their vibrational frequency. But in fact, what happens is you are elevating your own vibrational frequency. You're just recognizing that this, whatever it is that was happening in your life, people and different things, you're not here to change them.

Elena (26:36):

They're just out of alignment with you, but it's also having the compassion and understanding that they are where they need to be and they're playing their role. And oftentimes we used to call actually people in those very low 50 frequency shadow players, and then Alejandra and I had this massive recognition that these people are actually not shadows, but they're, we call them now the great awakeness, because most of us that are seeking to embody more light and walk in the path of light. These people are instrumental in helping us shift. So it's, it is really about understanding where everyone stands and having their appreciation for your own journey, but also for the people that served to be part of that journey because it is all divine.

Angela (27:24):

Yeah. I love that. That's so beautiful. That's so true. And I highly recommend anyone listening to go watch some of these. They are really fascinating. And then if you're interested, you know, definitely getting your own so that, you know, any information you have, you can use to grow and, and level up. So thank you, definitely. Um, is there anything else you'd wanna share about the vibrational revelations

Elena (27:52):

Or, I mean, there's, there's so many amazing things every week. I mean, oh, you know, we, we just did a couple of episodes with Dr. Joanne. I don't know if, uh, you've seen them on goddesses. This was like one of the most FA I always say fascinating. Every episode is fascinating, but it truly was because there's this huge culture, especially in social media of goddess worshiping mm-hmm <affirmative>. And I highly recommend this episode because there's two. Um, because Dr. Joanna is a, uh, spiritual investigator, but she's a historian as well. She's a PhD historian. So she gives a lot of insight into ISIS and all these other, you know, goddess col and different things, you know, Sophia goddess Sophia. Right. And, um, and then of course she found me because I, I did this whole series on, uh, Mary Magdalene and she was blown away because that was one of the conclusions, a conclusions she came to in, uh, writing her book.

Elena (28:45):

I think it was, I don't remember the name of the book, but anyway, so it's important because right now this toxic feminine is rising to the surface and it's rising. You just referenced, uh, Amber heard mm-hmm <affirmative> and this is exactly what's rising. Is this 50 frequencies or below of manipulation. This is what we're calling the toxic feminine, because it's important to, to know what that is, to recognize it within yourself, if you are ever using it right. If you're ever using the energy to manipulate for your own, whatever, you know, idea, agenda that you have in order to release it, mm-hmm <affirmative> and there's goddess worshiping, uh, there's quite a few dark goddesses that we've, uh, revealed. So I highly recommend watching that episode is on YouTube. Okay. The goddess episode, I think it was almost two hour episode. Wow. Like one of the longest episodes we've recorded.

Elena (29:40):

Cause we go into history and then revealing the vibration. So understanding and seeing it within yourself, are you trying to embody and worship something that is low vibrational frequency that is toxic feminine? Or are you going into your flow feminine, true divine, feminine state mm-hmm <affirmative> so that is one of those episodes. Now another episode that's coming out actually in a couple of days is so exciting is with Dr. Sam Oz Monich. And this is the he's the world expert on, uh, pyramids. And he discovered Bosnian pyramids. So we're going in that conversation. We're talking about the healing properties. These are ancient pyramids. It's the only pyramid complex in the world that is open to public. Oh, so this summer we actually, he invited us to stay with him on that land. We're going to record some shows from Bosnia, from those pyramids. And the idea is next year to bring our vibration revelations and our quantum heal community into those pyramids.

Elena (30:46):

And, um, I believe he shared that they've looked at over 4,200 cases now of people with diabetes, high blood pressure, all kinds of, uh, chronic conditions that would go into pyramids. I believe it's an hour a day for a week. And all the blood work was normal. Blood pressure normalized, uh, diabetes gone. So this is one of the things we will be looking at when we're there. The summer will be also looking at all these parameters wow. And, uh, recording from there. And then definitely, definitely bringing our community there, cuz these are, you know, it's, it's interesting that the pyramids have been closed to human beings, right. The off limits. Right. You could not go into, let's say if you are in Egypt and just hang out and meditate in those pyramids or just sit there. And um, so that entire episode that's coming out, uh, on YouTube, he dives deep into all the different, uh, findings. They've had different researchers from all different fields, uh, testing, whether it's for electromagnetic radiation, uh, different negative energies from earth as well. All of it was EPS absent and it was in, in absolute human resonance, the 7.83 hurts, which is the earth frequency. And then it, it harmonizes people just by being there. So your body has the ability to heal itself anyway. We're, I'm so excited about the episode. So definitely listen to that and then, um, look out for the episodes. We'll be recording from Bosnia this summer.

Angela (32:22):

Oh, that's so exciting. Wow. Yeah. Ive never heard of that. I've never heard of those caves or

Elena (32:28):

Pyramid. Yeah. There's I think it's a pyramid. Yeah. Yeah. There's, it's a complex of six. The only reason we found out about it is last year, we did a show on sacred sites and somebody asked us to do Bosnia impairment. So we read the frequency and then he found out one of his guides contacted him and said, look, they, you know, Elena, Aandra just did this whole vibrational frequency analysis on these pyramids. So we got in touch with him. And then of course it it's just such an honor. And it's so exciting because there's so many wonderful things that can happen when we can receive healing. And it, and it is about surrounding yourself with sacred spaces because our home, our environment, our work environment all plays into our wellbeing. So of course, you know, for us now, if we're gonna go on a trip, this is the trip to go to. I wanna, I want to experience these frequencies cuz we've read them now. I wanna know. What does it feel like,

Angela (33:26):

Right. Yeah. I can't wait to hear more about that.

Elena (33:29):

<laugh> yeah, definitely.

Angela (33:31):

And so I have a question when you are, um, when you're assessing the vibration and the frequencies, um, how do, what does that process look like? Do you go like into your meditative state and look at it? Yeah. I'm just curious.

Elena (33:44):

Yeah, no, I'm glad you asked people that don't know. They'll think it's psychic. So I will say this first, before we go into how we do it, every one of us has the ability to assess. It's just, we've been so disconnected, right? Mm-hmm <affirmative> of really learning to trust ourselves. And this is something we do with our community now. And before each episode in the membership will, will have people. Yes. Oh. So those that have been with us now for over two years, they're really good now at assessing now Alejandra and I use actual scaler wave technology. Oh, okay. We use technology to read it. Um, and it takes two people at the same time doing this work. So that's how we do it. But ultimately I believe, and Alejandra believes that we all are these instruments that can read the energy and the frequency.

Elena (34:31):

So it's, it's about learning to trust ourselves and then go deep and, and practice being intuitive. We're all intuitive. But we just forget, you know, and you ask what is, what are some other programs I know you've done ignite your codes of consciousness, which I think is, so it's such a beautiful program. Actually. I took 170 people online. That's why the recordings, you see them, you know, this was 170 people and we measured frequency of people before and after everyone's frequency has gone up and I encourage, if you haven't done it to practice it. So if you feel like doing brain harmonizing meditation, do it, luminous body, just practice it on a daily basis to kind of keep your frequency up. The other program that I love, it's called diet, deepen an anchor, your awareness, and this is diving into six senses. So it's a six program and it's where you go through each sense per week. And then in the next month I'm releasing something I should have released a very long time ago and it's called release and rise. It's all about letting go and forgiveness. And this is very needed at this time. I think it's always needed, but this is where you go into your wo healing, your ancestral healing. So it's, it's gonna be a 21 day journey.

Angela (35:43):

Ooh, that's great. I'm excited for <laugh>.

Elena (35:46):

Yeah. Yes.

Angela (35:48):

Elena (35:49):

I think we all need it and it's, it's important to practice it every day. I know for me, you know, when we're going through difficult times, it's about tuning in and seeing, you know, where is it? Is it on our mother lineage? You know, the, the female lineage or, or, or the male, or is it within me something that is still wanting to be nurtured and released and, and seen revealed. Right,

Angela (36:14):

Right. Yeah. That's great. So many people, I feel like if, if we all, as a society learned how to forgive, it would be such a different place. So that's so needed. Yes. Yeah. Um, and so I would love to share with my listeners, what would be like two or three daily habits you would recommend for them to do? Like if they're just starting out, um, you know, would you, what would you place emphasis on, um, for their daily routines,

Elena (36:44):

Daily routine, number one, waking up and having a glass of water. Mm. This is important. Cause oftentimes people grab to your coffee. Yeah. And then just sit with yourself. If you have a balcony or you have a backyard or you can just go outside, get up and watch the sunrise or just connect, like take your glasses off because we all need light. Light is food source for our soul, for our physical body. It fuels our mitochondria. So I'm all for sun mm-hmm <affirmative>. So if you can get 15 to 30 minutes, I left 30 minutes, but let's just start 15 to 30 minutes, take a glass of water, maybe go outside or maybe have your water and then go on a little walk and connect to the sun so that those are important. Breathwork is very important. And I have a few breathwork exercises that I posted on, on YouTube.

Elena (37:40):

It's also in my book, but there's so many different ones you can do alternate nostril breathing. This is something that's been known for centuries, or just sit and do, you know, inhale on six and exhale on six mm-hmm <affirmative> and give yourself that clarity, cuz it takes a little while in the morning to wake up. Right. Even if you are a morning person, it's still, so it's, it's about oxygenating your brain and keeping your vessel clear and perhaps setting an intention at the end of the breath work. So that's my few simple things that I recommend.

Angela (38:14):

Yeah. I love that. That's that's not overwhelming. So I feel like people could actually, you know, really do that. So thank you. Um, and then I always like to ask fellow mothers because there are a lot of mother listeners. Um, I know your children are older now, but when they were younger, how did you keep your sanity in place? Like what were some of your mindfulness practices?

Elena (38:37):

Yeah, I had sick. I had four kids under the age of six. So I would say that was quite <laugh> challenging. I also worked, um, yeah, looking back. I actually have no idea how I did it. <laugh> um, I think, you know what it is. I have so much compassion for every mother. I really, really do. Like I love moms. Every woman, that's a mom, you are a true regardless and a treasure on this planet. And I want you guys to actually give yourselves hugs and say to yourself, wow, like I'm doing this because no one tells you how amazing you are until you're out of it. Like my, my youngest is 17 she's 17 tomorrow. My oldest is 24. And looking back now, I, I was on absolute survival mode. Mm. Because it was work. I cooked by the way, all the meals for my kids, every meal was cooked by me.

Elena (39:30):

I didn't my kid because of food allergies. I never took my kids out to restaurants. So it was that working in the pharmacy. Um, of course my kids were great support system too. I taught them when they were little to be, you know, pack your lunch. This is what we're gonna do. They were great. But I would say slow down. If you're a mom with young children or teenagers, if you need time out, I'm all for it. Go to the bathroom and just say to your kids, I need five minute breather. And actually you are doing your kids a favor by doing that. I didn't realize how difficult really, how difficult it was until much later in my life. And I wish I had the tools cause my mom was also an overachiever, worked workaholic and cooked every meal

Angela (40:22):

Elena (40:24):

She was a great role model as far as being a great mom. But as far as what she needed as a woman for nourishment, she never showed that. And I think it's important that we live it and we show it to our children. So if you need meditation, get on the floor and do meditation with your kids. I started doing meditations with my kids when they were a little older, right? When they're babies, I couldn't do it. Breath work, do breath, work with your kids, energy work. If you're learning energy work and you work with essential oils, great. Practice it with your kids and have them do it on you. I taught my kids energy work. So when I was going through challenging times, guess what? They helped me and did energy work with me. So I would say, first of all, have compassion for yourself. You are doing so much. Yeah. My moms are the best really. <laugh> really

Angela (41:16):

<laugh>. I agree. Yeah. Especially at the last few years. It's I think it's been especially tough on mothers, so yes. Yeah. Yes. Thank you. And so if someone is interested in learning more about you or working with you, where are the best places for them to look?

Angela (42:34):
